1. Services
OutboxCOM Agency provides managed digital marketing services including multi-channel campaign management, SEO, content marketing, paid media, analytics, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in each client's service agreement or statement of work.
2. Engagement & Payment
Services are billed via monthly retainer, project fee, or custom invoice as agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Setup fees and deposits are due before work commences. Retainers renew monthly unless cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to accounts, brand assets, and approvals reasonably required to deliver the services. Delays in client feedback may extend delivery timelines.
4. Results Disclaimer
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Case study results represent specific client engagements and are not a guarantee of future performance.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property. Underlying platforms, tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Techclout LLC.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techclout LLC's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
