When you submit our contact or booking form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company name, phone number, and message. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via Vercel Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, schedule strategy calls, and — where you have consented — send relevant marketing communications. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Processing
Lead data is stored securely on managed infrastructure (Neon PostgreSQL, US region). Transactional email is delivered via Resend. Payment processing, where applicable, is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card details on our servers.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) that do not use cross-site tracking cookies. No advertising trackers run on this site.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@agency.outboxcom.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
